These Terms of Engagement outline the operational and commercial framework between Innovative Zone – Human Capital ("Firm") and engaging organizations ("Clients"). By retaining our strategic talent advisory or executive search services, Clients accept the methodologies and commercial structures detailed herein.
The Firm provides management consulting strictly regarding talent acquisition, executive search, market mapping, and flexible staffing deployments. Specific deliverables, candidate parameters, and geographical focuses are defined in the individual Retained Search or Contingency Agreements signed prior to market execution.

We stand behind our rigorous 4-Step Validation Methodology. Should an executive depart or be terminated for justifiable performance deficits within the agreed guarantee period (typically 90 to 180 days, depending on mandate level), the Firm commits to executing a replacement search at no additional professional fee. This guarantee is voided if the candidate's departure results from the Client's structural changes, strategic pivots, or material breaches of employment terms.
Innovative Zone operates with absolute integrity. We maintain strict "Off-Limits" protocols. We guarantee never to solicit or recruit executives from an active Client organization for a duration of 12 months following the completion of our most recent executive placement with said Client.
While our Assessment Framework is deeply forensic regarding competency and historical performance, the final decision to hire rests solely with the Client. Innovative Zone assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations intentionally concealed by the candidate during the validation process.
